finally I resollved that breakdown finally. I now understand what both the guitars AND the drums are doing. the trickery is in the guitars. drums are just standard timing. Guitars are doing short short-long long short short long long over & over. which which seems to cause it to sound like the drums are going offtime, when in fact its the guitars is all it is causing them to alternate landing on & off the snare hit. Simple yet Brilliant

My least favorite album is this one, and yet it still destroys. That's the thing about this band. It's on such a high level that there are no real bad tracks. You truly have to go to this band with an open mind, and then they wreck the hell out of you.
